Shipping

Please be aware that postage timelines can vary between locations in Australia. Also, different times of the year such as Christmas and New Year may cause a delay in the delivery of your parcel. This unfortunately is out of our control.

Upon purchasing, please allow 2 business days for your order to be packaged and dispatched and then a minimum of 5 business for it to arrive in your hot little hands.

All Indigo Rose Collective orders are packaged and dispatched from the sunny Gold Coast, Queensland.

We use Australia Post. If you select express post your order will be sent via Australia Post.

Shipping within Australia

Domestic Shipping - $12 Express Shipping - $18

Express shipping can be purchased at the checkout but please be aware that this is only for the postage it will not mean that your order will be fast tracked to the top of the picking list. Orders are picked and parcelled in order of purchase.

International Shipping

International shipping $25

Express International Shipping $45

Indigo Rose Collective take no responsibility for taxes/customs that may be charged in your country. These charges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

Please note – International packages may take up to 4 weeks to arrive and may be extended due to Covid.

Disclaimer – Indigo Rose Collective takes no responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in the post. The shipping services do provide some compensation for items lost or damaged (not delayed) for specific services.

If your parcel is lost you will need to follow up with Sendle or Australia Post and we will provide as much assistance as possible

Returns

We have a 30 day return policy after receiving your item.

Please note due to hygiene reasons there are no returns on our earrings. If there is a problem with your earrings please email hello@indigorosecollective.com.

Refunds/replacements (of items other than earrings) are at the discretion of Indigo Rose Collective and return postage is the responsibility of the customer.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange your item must be faulty and in the same condition that you received it – unused and in it’s original packaging.

Contact us at hello@indigorosecollective.com to start a return. If your return is accepted we will send you a return shipping label as well as instructions on how to return your package. Items that are sent back to us without requesting a return will not be accepted.

Custom made products cannot be returned and we do not accept change of mind returns. There is no refund or exchanges on sale items.
